Calming Wax Melts!

Calming Wax Melts are dog-friendly, premium quality vegan wax melts with high-quality pure essential oils.

Since I discontinued selling the scented tones, I have been bombarded with questions about what alternatives I am offering.
I always replied with a suggestion of essential oils dog parents can use safely at home. You can find a few lovely blends for your oil burner in my aromatherapy guide.

Then I thought of people who don’t want to buy a lot of essential oils, as some of them can be pretty pricey.
Calming Floral Spray and Comfort Blend not only smell lovely, but it’s their therapeutic properties that dog parents love.
For a long time, I thought, what are the other ways to deliver these beautiful healing aromas?

How about wax melts?
Wax melts are very popular; most people have already tried them and know how to use them. On the other hand, I thought they could be messy when cleaning oil burners until I learned a few ways how to do it quickly and effortlessly.

And Calming Wax Melts were born!

My priority was to create dog-friendly, premium quality wax melts with pure essential oils to create a relaxing atmosphere in your home and workplace, especially dog grooming salon.

Calming Floral Spray and Comfort Blend inspire my selection of essential oils for Calming Wax Melts.

Like other Vita Canis products, Calming Wax Melts are 100% natural, vegan, and handmade, and of course, dog friendly.

Our wax melts are made from soy wax and essential oils, handmade and hand-poured by us at Vita Canis HQ.

They are cruelty-free, and it means non of the ingredients are tested on animals and don’t contain animal products, not even beeswax.

I chose a minimalistic design for the waxes, packaging, and labels, and I hope you like it.
I have decided not to use any dyes, glitter, and dried herbs as they could leave a residue in your oil burner.

” Those wax melts are FAB! Great for the salon dogs …. and me. I need these in my life xx”

Mich Dale, Lynnsto Terriers

” I used one of the wax melts in my bedroom last night and slept like a baby!!! The room smelt sooo nice too.”

Kirsty Cooper

” The Calming Wax Melts, what an amazing difference. We have a very sensitive mini Schnauzer who gets very stressed about loud noises!

” We lit the wax melt at Christmas for the Lunchtime crackers as she doesn’t like the bangs and when it was time she was on her bed and she just stayed there sleeping no reaction at all! And New Year fireworks what a difference! She was on the sofa cuddled up not reacting at all and she was usually a trembling wreck.
So we’ve put in an order for more. Thank you for making them! x”

What People Say...

Hi Jitka, I contacted you about your Skin Relief Spray and your Hand Butter about a week ago as my 89-year-old mum suffers from terribly itchy skin. We’ve tried almost every skin product from the usual chemists and have resorted to antihistamines after checking they are okay with mums other atrial fibrillation tabs.

Unfortunately, these can cause nose bleeds so a new remedy was required. We’ve been using the Vita Canis Soothing Antiseptic Spray for thee days and her back is no longer driving her mad with itching. The Hand Butter has been applied to her feet with the same excellent results. We will continue using the spray and butter and I will give you another update next week but things are looking promising.
